If you are paying locally, please pay at the store upon arrival.
Only Japanese Yen (JPY) is accepted for cash payments.
We accept credit cards and e-money.

Look for the signboard in front of the store.
When you arrive, use the intercom next to the door to call a staff member.
If you would like to store your luggage, please let us know.

After checking your ID, our staff will give a brief explanation of the bike’s features and how to use it.
If you are using additional options, we will hand them over to you.

Enjoy cycling in Kyoto safely and comfortably!
In case of a breakdown or accident, please give us a call.
Although we are not able to provide on-site repair or pick-up, we’ll do our best to advise you on how to resolve the situation—
such as recommending a nearby bike shop or helping you return the bike to our shop.

Please return the e-Bike to the location where it was rented.
If you wish to return it after 5:00 PM, please contact us in advance.
We also offer bicycle transfer between hotels.

Accident Response
When a bicycle has a flat tire
We cannot pick you up in case of breakdown or accident. Please repair it at a nearby bicycle shop or transport it to the store by train.
In case of inclement weather
In case of inclement weather, it may be canceled to ensure the safety of customers.
Cancellation
Policy
- The cancellation deadline is 5:00 PM, 2 days prior to your reservation.
- If you cancel on the day before or the day of your reservation, the full rental fee will be charged.
- No-shows will also be charged the full cancellation fee.
- For group reservations (10 or more bikes for individuals or 5 or more bikes for corporations), a cancellation fee (30%) will be charged from 10 days prior to the reservation.
