Terms of Service

  • Upon use, we will confirm your identity with a form of identification (passport or other government-issued ID). Please make sure to bring it. We may also verify a phone number where we can reach you before your rental.
  • Please follow the Road Traffic Law, observe traffic rules, and ride safely.
  • We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or other troubles that occur during the rental of the bicycle. If you are involved in an accident, please contact our store.
  • We may contact you directly by phone if we determine it necessary for business purposes.
  • For punctures and other breakdowns during use, please repair the bicycle yourself.
  • If any damage is confirmed upon return, you will be charged for the repair costs. Thank you for your understanding.
  • If the bicycle is lost or stolen, you will be required to compensate us for the market sales price of the product.
  • Modifying the bicycle, including installing a child seat, or any act that may damage the bicycle is prohibited.
  • If you are unable to return the bicycle on time, please be sure to contact us in advance. If you are unable to return the bicycle by the store's closing time, a late fee will be charged.
    • Late Fee: JPY 2,567
  • If you are under 18 years old, please prepare a parental consent form.
  • We may refuse rental if we determine that you cannot safely use the bicycle due to health reasons, etc. We will also refuse rental in cases where alcohol is involved.

Regarding Overnight Use

  • If you are staying at a hotel, etc., please be sure to check in advance whether there is a safe space to park your bicycle. If you cannot secure a parking space, we may refuse to rent out the bicycle.

About Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel due to customer circumstances, please complete the cancellation procedure from the "Reservation Confirmation Email" by the day before your reservation date. If you cancel after 5:00 PM two days before your reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged in full.
  • If you cancel on the day of the reservation for reasons other than inclement weather, please note that you will be required to pay the full amount as a cancellation fee.
  • Also, if you do not come to the store on the day of the reservation without notice, you will be required to pay the full amount as a cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
  • If you have any problems during your rental, please contact us immediately. We will provide as much support as possible.
