- If you complete the cancellation process yourself by 5:00 PM two days before your reservation, you can
cancel the reservation even after the payment process has been completed.

Please bring the identification document and reservation number that you were notified of at the time of reservation. If the information on your identification document differs from the information provided at the time of reservation, or if the recipient is not the person themselves, we will not be able to rent out the product. - Returns and Exchanges
- In the event of product damage, size differences, or other deficiencies due to our company's fault, we will
provide a replacement product. If a replacement product is not available, we will refund the rental fee
(prorated on a daily basis) from the date we received notification of the deficiency. Our company shall not be
liable for any other damages.
