Yes, you can. We can accommodate rentals of up to 50 bikes.

Cancellations are free of charge if you contact us by 5:00 PM two days before your rental date. After that, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

The fee includes the bicycle, helmet, lock, lights, and liability insurance. Please note that it does not include personal accident insurance or vehicle damage coverage. Please arrange for your own if needed.

The size can be adjusted by the saddle height. The recommended height range is approximately 147cm to 195cm (4'10" to 6'5"). If you have any concerns, please consult our staff on the day of your rental.

Yes, we offer free helmet rentals. We strongly recommend wearing one for your safety.

Our bikes do not have baskets. Please use a backpack or consider our optional rental bags that can be attached to the bike.

Please bring a valid form of photo identification, such as your passport or residence card.

Yes, we can store your luggage during your rental period for a fee of 1,000 JPY per item. However, please keep your valuables with you.

Both pick-up and drop-off are at our shop. One-way rentals are not available. However, we do offer a delivery and collection service for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.

Yes, you can. We offer private tours for families and groups who wish to visit their desired locations. Please feel free to contact us through our Inquiry Page to discuss your budget and preferred route.

Yes, our guided tours are strictly by reservation only. Please select your desired tour and date from our Tour Page. For custom private tours, please contact us at least two weeks before your desired tour date.

Our guides speak English, Japanese, and Chinese.

The tour price includes only the guide fee. Please note that the bike rental fee, liability insurance, meals, drinks, and any entrance fees are not included.

Generally, both the meeting and finishing point is our shop. For some tours, the location may differ, so please check the tour details in advance.

Before you depart, our staff will explain the main traffic rules. If you are concerned, we highly recommend joining a guided tour. Our guide will support you, so you can enjoy cycling safely.

You will be responsible for handling such issues yourself. We appreciate your understanding.

Parking on the street is often prohibited, and your bike may be removed. Please use the designated bicycle parking areas, which can usually be found at tourist sites and stations.
