--- Terms of Service ---
・Upon use, we will confirm your identity with a form of identification (passport or other government-issued ID).
Please make sure to bring it. We may also verify a phone number where we can reach you before your rental.
・Please follow the Road Traffic Law, observe traffic rules, and ride safely.
・We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or other troubles that occur during the rental of the bicycle. If you are involved in an accident, please contact our store.
・We may contact you directly by phone if we determine it necessary for business purposes.
・For punctures and other breakdowns during use, please repair the bicycle yourself.
・If any damage is confirmed upon return, you will be charged for the repair costs. Thank you for your understanding.
・If the bicycle is lost or stolen, you will be required to compensate us for the market sales price of the product.
・Modifying the bicycle, including installing a child seat, or any act that may damage the bicycle is prohibited.
・If you are unable to return the bicycle on time, please be sure to contact us in advance. If you are unable to return the bicycle by the store's closing time, a late fee will be charged.

・If you are under 18 years old, please prepare a parental consent form.
・We may refuse rental if we determine that you cannot safely use the bicycle due to health reasons, etc. We will also refuse rental in cases where alcohol is involved.

--- Regarding Overnight Use ---
・If you are staying at a hotel, etc., please be sure to check in advance whether there is a safe space to park your bicycle. If you cannot secure a parking space, we may refuse to rent out the bicycle.

--- About cancellations ---
・If you wish to cancel due to customer circumstances, please complete the cancellation procedure from the "Reservation Confirmation Email" by the day before your reservation date. If you cancel after 5:00 PM two days before your reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged in full.
・If you cancel on the day of the reservation for reasons other than inclement weather, please note that you will be required to pay the full amount as a cancellation fee.
・Also, if you do not come to the store on the day of the reservation without notice, you will be required to pay the full amount as a cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
・If you have any problems during your rental, please contact us immediately. We will provide as much support as possible.

After confirming the contents and confirming that the request is from the individual, we will disclose the information by mail to the address listed on the identification document.

Article 7 Management of Personal Information
In order to ensure thorough management of personal information entrusted to us by information subjects, the Business will appoint a Personal Information Protection Manager to strengthen the internal personal information protection system. We will continuously conduct education and awareness activities regarding personal information protection for all employees and provide appropriate supervision to employees. We will implement necessary and appropriate safety measures against risks such as unauthorized access, tampering, loss, leakage, or destruction of personal information.

Article 8 Entrustment of Personal Information
The Business may outsource a portion of its operations to external parties in order to operate better services for customers. In such cases, we may entrust personal information to the outsourced party. When entrusting personal information, we will select an outsourced party that is recognized as handling personal information appropriately. We will obligate the outsourced party to strictly manage personal information and provide appropriate monitoring.

The Business will comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws and regulations and other norms related to the protection of personal information.

The Business will establish a management system regarding the protection of personal information and promote continuous improvement. In connection with continuous improvement, this Personal Information Protection Policy is subject to change without notice.

The cancellation deadline is 5:00 PM, 2 days prior to your reservation.
For cancellations made the day before or on the day of, you will be charged the full rental fee.
No-shows will also be charged the full cancellation fee.
For group reservations (10 or more bikes for individuals or 5 or more bikes for corporations), a cancellation fee (30%) will be charged from 10 days prior to the reservation.
